Winner - Sandi's NSD 2024 Challenge #1 - 6 x 6 papers
Loved seeing how you use your 6 X 6 papers. Wonderful layouts by all participants.
The winner of this challenge is: love2stamp/Jennifer. Congrats Jenn.
Please send a pm to Jessica or email her at jessica@acherryontop.com and include the title of the game/challenge you won.
Hope everyone is having fun this NSD weekend here at ACOT. For my first challenge you will be using 6 x 6 papers with a minimum of 2 sheets. They can be squared up or layered. You may also cut 1/8 or 1/4 off the edges (meaning the smallest paper would be 5 1/2 squared) if you choose to mat on another paper. (see my 4th example below). You may add anything else to your layout you wish for embellishments. Here are some layouts that I have done using 6 x 6 papers:
For these layouts I kept the papers a true 6 x 6 size.
For this layout I cut about an 1/8 on sides to mat the papers on a piece of cardstock.
Another thought would be a one page layout using 2 sheets or a two page layout using 4 sheets and have them across the middle of the background paper horizontal.
Rules:
1. Must use 6 x 6 papers (can be cut slightly). If you do not have any 6 x 6 paper pads, then cut larger papers down.
2. Your layout must be new and can be either paper or digital. Sorry no cards.
3. You must post your layout in this thread.
4. You may only combine with the NSD 25 item challenge. No combining with other NSD challenges or the MB monthly challenges.
5. One entry per Cherry.
6. Must post by Friday, May 17 at 11:59 PM (EST).
The prize for one lucky cherry will be a flower bundle generously donated from Altenew.

Sandi do the 6X6 have to be patterned or can we also use solids?
Re: Sandi's NSD 2024 Challenge #1 - 6 x 6 papers
I love this challenge.
Re: Sandi's NSD 2024 Challenge #1 - 6 x 6 papers
You may use patterned paper or solids as long as it is 6 x 6 in size.

Here is mine. I used an Echo Park 6x6 pad. Thanks for the challenge. Just adhered them to a 12x12 paper.

So fun. I had a 6x6 pad out for Stacy's Challenge so I jumped on this with the same supplies. I used 2 full 6x6 sheets and others to mat the photo, make the circle embellishment, and cut the leaves.

I hope I did this correctly.

Re: Sandi's NSD 2024 Challenge #1 - 6 x 6 papers
Here's mine, it's on odd size album (10 x7.5) and the Kraft in the background is part of the album. I used a 6x6 pad for the other papers, the blue is full 6x6, the hearts is 6x6 cut down a bit, the photos are matted with papers from the same 6x6 pad, the strip on the right is cut from the pad and the seam is covered by the banner flag also fussy cut from the same 6x6 pad.
I so rarely use the 6x6 pads so this was a good challenge for me.
